I have been working on moving to Alberta from another province for a year and a half. Warren is wonderful, he went above and beyond. He was extremely patient with us and never pushed us to make a decision. He always had our best interests at heart regardless if that made him money or not. About Warren

Warren grew up in Central Alberta and is now raising a family of 3 boys with his wife Tricia on an acreage near Poplar Ridge (just outside of Red Deer). 

Warren bought his first home in 1997 and started working in sales at an oilfield parts & supply company. He learned that great customer service was the best way to grow his career quickly, and eventually he became the general manager. With a strong desire to help his clients find solutions that solve problems fast, Warren was the “go-to” man in the company. 

After buying and selling several rental properties from 2003-2005, in which he received nothing short of terrible service, he realized there was some much-needed customer service missing from the real estate industry. So, with that in mind, he made the transition from oilfield parts to real estate in 2006 and went full steam ahead. 

The wealth of knowledge he acquired in customer service from the oil and gas world provided very helpful to him in real estate. For example, clients would often call him after hours to get parts in an emergency and Warren always answered his phone. The competition didn’t offer the same level of service and Warren quickly acquired many new corporate clients from his reputation in the industry. 

He applies that same attitude in his real estate career. He prides himself in his lightning fast response time when a buyer inquires about a house for sale and shows it to them ASAP! With a mission to rise above the rest, Warren is there to help in any way he can. With his drive to succeed, Warren knows the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to each and every client. 

In addition to outstanding customer service, he attributes his success in the real estate industry largely to his dedication to providing solutions that get maximum results for whomever he can help.
